About the Vendor Market

The Vendor Market is one of the central experiences at the CSOL Art Serenade. Running from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it will be open to all event attendees and placed alongside the live painting contests, classical music performances, art auction, and food trucks.

This event draws art collectors, music lovers, families, and supporters of the Charleston Symphony Orchestra League—creating a high-traffic opportunity for vendors with products that reflect creativity and craftsmanship.

Who We’re Looking For

We welcome applications from:

  • Charleston-based artists and artisans
  • Handmade and small-batch creators
  • Boutiques and local product vendors
  • Creatives selling:
    • Fine art, prints, and illustrations
    • Jewelry and ceramics
    • Handcrafted candles, soaps, or textiles
    • Books, stationary, home decor, or apparel
    • Homemade snacks, treats, and edible goods
    • Other locally made goods that align with our arts-focused mission

Vendor Fee & Inclusions

Flat Fee: $100 per vendor (non-refundable)

Included:

  • Booth space (some limited indoor space available)
  • Vendor listing on our website and printed program
  • Access to a full-day event with hundreds of expected attendees
  • Promotion through CSOL Art Serenade social media in the weeks leading up to the event

Not Included:

  • Tent, tables, chairs, or power-sources (vendors must bring their own setup)
  • Any processing of payments (vendors are responsible for managing their own sales)

Event Day Details

Date: August 16th, 2025
Time for Attendees: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Vendor Setup: 9:30 AM – 10:30 AM
Breakdown Begins: 5:00 PM
Location: Park Circle Community Building & Grounds
Parking Info: Free parking
Weather Policy: Rain or shine (tent coverings recommended)

Vendor Expectations:

  • Remain for the full duration of the event
  • Manage your own payments (cash, credit, Venmo, etc.)
  • Promote the event on social media and let your audience know where to find you

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I share a booth with another vendor?
Yes, shared booths are allowed, but you must apply separately. Both parties must pay the $100 fee.

Is power available?
Power is extremely limited and must be requested in advance. We cannot guarantee access.

What if I need to cancel?
Due to event logistics, the vendor fee is non-refundable. Please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend so we can open your spot to someone on the waitlist.

Do I have to be an experienced vendor?
Not at all. We welcome first-time vendors—just be sure you have a stable, professional-looking display and are prepared to manage your own sales.
