The CSOL Art Serenade is built around live music. From Charleston Symphony Orchestra performers and CSOL scholarship winners to student musicians from across the Charleston area, the Art Serenade features performances all day long in an approachable, casual festival format that strips away the formality of the traditional symphony hall.
A Different Kind of Stage
This is not your typical concert hall experience. The Art Serenade creates an atmosphere where symphony music feels accessible and intimate. Performers play in a setting surrounded by visual art, audience participation, and the energy of a community celebration. It is the perfect introduction to symphony music for attendees of all ages, and a unique performance opportunity for musicians who want to connect with their audience in a more personal way.
Who Can Apply
The Art Serenade welcomes applications from solo performers, small ensembles, and student musicians. Whether you are a seasoned Charleston Symphony performer, a CSOL scholarship recipient, or a music student looking for performance experience, there is a place for you on the Art Serenade stage.
